Aiming to bring the Hampden community together for a day of celebration, neighborhood investment, and fundraising for local nonprofits, Hampden Highlights will bring a fresh and new vision to the neighborhood for a day of festivities that only Hampden can create.
The festival hopes to fill a void felt by residents for transformative neighborhood gatherings and to provide a platform for local businesses, nonprofits, artists, musicians, and residents to showcase their talents and contributions.

It's Make Studio's phenomenal 15th birthday this February! As anniversaries go, the 15th may not seem as exciting as, say, the 10th or the 20th. However, even though it feels a bit "in-between"
(and *still* awkward), we are just as fond of this anniversary as any other. If you know Make Studio, then you know we feel that each and every program year is valuable and worth celebrating!
So it’s only fitting that, along with a gallery exhibition highlighting the latest & greatest works by the artists, a special feature of this “birthday show” is artist Chris Ferguson, Jr.’s tribute to Pokemon!
In honor of Pokemon Day 2025, which commemorates 25 years of the global animation/toy/gaming phenomenon that a lot of us are fond of, Chris has co-curated an installation featuring Pokemon themed art by several artists along with interactive surprises.
